Frequently Asked Questions

Q What is the product made from?
A Our hand made products have fibrous plaster, hessian and timber laths. We also use a glass matting for the contemporary range at no extra cost to the customer to ensure a high quality product that installers are happy to fix.

Q Why does plaster cornice need to be dried?
A  Fibrous plaster needs to be supplied dry. The drying process gives strength to the product. Wet cornice is more difficult to fix and delays the ability to complete a project because the paint finish cannot be started until the cornice is dry. It also ensures the timber laths do not get mould which may show through at a later period.

Q Do you offer a match to existing service?
